Camanche lake Storage rents the unit or space on a Month-to-Month basis. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. If any portion of the given month is used, then a full month's rent is due. We do not prorate upon vacancy.
Occupant agrees to only use the storage unit/space for the storage of property wholly owned by the occupant.
Occupant agrees to store at occupants sole risk. Owner and Owners employee's are not liable for any loss or damage to any personal property stored or parked at Camanche lake Storage.
Other Terms and conditions are specified individually in occupants lease with Camanche Lake Storage.
